Want to float or fly, but can’t quite get your feet off the ground? Take a leap of faith and join Ali and Mary in their 2-hour workshop to give you the boost you need.

This workshop will help you understand the anatomy and body mechanics required to help you safely and gracefully move into some of the common advanced postures. Plus, learn fun variations of some of the anti-gravity poses and how to build the additional strength, flexibility, and concentration needed to master them. No prior experience required–just come with an open-mind, your yoga mat, and a willingness to jump in!

Considered a teacher of teachers. Liz teaches some of the most creative, challenging, and inspiring yoga classes! Liz understands yoga from both the philosophical and physical perspectives, which complements her ability to help students in improve their technique, increase their connection between the gross and subtle body, and understand how to safely move into more challenging poses. Join Liz at Beaverton from 1- 4PM on April 19 to inspire and evolve your practice! Learn the art of courage, balance, how to connect the breath, and how to use the bandhas to help get into some of the more daring postures. Just a few spaces remain–sign up today!
