In this two hour workshop, break down each of the standing series postures to understand balance, muscles, alignment and safety. You will learn how to go into depth into the postures. If you want to know about Saggital plane, Agonist muscles and Periformis, this workshop is for you. Led by Kelly Suttell and Raj Patra.

Hatha floor series is all about the spine. Learn about movement patterns of Lumbar curve compared to Thoracic and Cervical curves. Understand the five natural movement orientations of the spine and how to effectively find your depth in the floor series postures. If you dislike the Camel or the Locust poses, this workshop can help you understand why, and what you can do about it. Led by Kelly Suttell and Raj Patra.

For beginners as well as regular practitioners, this session will teach you how to safely move in Vinyasa and how to take care of your joints and injuries while enhancing physical ad mental strength. Led by Lara Gratsinopoulos and Lei Kotynski

How many times have you been eyeing others who can gracefully move into Crow, Bird of Paradise, or even smoothly hop between forward fold and Chaduranga? Heck, if you can 'Plough' with straight knees, I envy you! In this hands-on workshop, learn some of the tricks to add to your practice, along with poses like Crescent Lunge and Half-moon. Led by Kyra Ahlstrom and Lara Gratsinopoulos.

Bija is the sanskirt word for seed. Bijas are sacred vowel sounds often oriented with mantras or as repetition of the sound. So as the bija mantra is recited, the seed is planted into the mind and body of the individual.  Over time and through nurturing, the fruits of the seed will blossom. Each chakra has a bija mantra associated with it. In this workshop come to a juicy flow class where we will give deeper meaning to postures as we relate the chakras to them and integrate bija sounds. Chakra yoga will allow you to harmonize your being and allow you weed out ways that no longer serve you and plant the seeds of new intentions to Spring forth! Led by Ali Duckworth.
