Practice Context

Operational details preserved in the broader archive document not just the visible class offerings but the supporting structures that made the studio function — scheduling, pricing, retreat planning, teacher development, community events, and the small organizational details that shaped student experience. The archive's value comes partly from preserving these practical elements alongside the more inspirational philosophical and instructional content.

The studio's offerings extended beyond standard heated vinyasa to include specialty classes and workshops covering mandala-style sequences, partner yoga, aroma yoga, inversions, and traditional sun salutation endurance events. This breadth allowed students to deepen specific practice areas while maintaining their regular hot yoga sessions. Few studios in Portland offered this combination during the studio's operational years.
