Make another class card purchase before your 5- or 10-class card expires, and we’ll roll over unused classes into your new class card*. So you never lose your unused classes! (*Purchase must be made before the existing class card expires.)

Operational Details

Schedule patterns at both locations balanced weekday morning, midday, and evening classes with weekend offerings that supported students who couldn't attend weekday sessions. The class schedule reflected typical Portland yoga community usage patterns — heaviest demand at 6am, lunch hour, and 6-7pm slots, with weekend mornings drawing dedicated practice communities. Specialty classes (slow flow, restorative) filled lighter time slots.

Hot Yoga For Life's two locations — NE Fremont in inner Portland and the west-side Beaverton studio — served distinct geographic communities while maintaining unified teaching standards. The Fremont location occupied a converted commercial space typical of Portland's adaptive-reuse aesthetic, with a primary practice room sized for 30-40 practitioners and supporting spaces for changing and pre-class gathering. The Beaverton location adapted similar principles to its own building constraints.
