Program Background

The teaching faculty for the training programs included Hot Yoga For Life's senior instructors plus visiting specialists for specific modules. Anatomy modules were often led by movement-science specialists from outside the yoga world. Philosophy modules engaged scholars and lineage holders who could speak to traditional texts with depth. This composite faculty approach ensured students received specialized instruction across the program's broad curriculum rather than getting one teacher's perspective on every topic.

The training programs offered at Hot Yoga For Life followed a structured curriculum that balanced multiple learning modalities. Students moved through asana instruction with practical teaching practice, anatomy and biomechanics study, philosophy seminars covering the Yoga Sutras and related texts, and supervised practicum hours leading real classes under faculty observation. The cohort sizes remained intentionally small (typically 12-20 students) to support individual attention and meaningful peer feedback.
